1. The Tenant shall be entitled to set the amount of the deposit (sum insured) at 150.00 EUR, which the Tenant shall pay to the Lender in addition to the rental amount for the premises. The sum insured is intended for cases when the Tenant does not observe or violates the conditions of use of the premises, or damages the interior objects. The sum insured shall be refunded within 3 working days of the expiry of the contract, provided the Tenant has not breached the regulations and has not caused any material damage to the Tenant.
 
2. The Tenant may unilaterally terminate the contract at any time by giving notice to the RENTER. If the Tenant has paid the rent, cancellation one month or less before the booking date will entitle the Tenant to a refund of 70% of the payment. If cancelled two weeks prior to the reservation date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the booking date will not be refunded. If the RENTER has paid the rent for the room and has not checked in - 100% of the paid amount will not be refunded. the duration of the restrictions, the club operates in stationary mode.
