RETURN POLICY

1. The RENTER is entitled to fix a deposit (security deposit) of 150 EUR to be paid by the RENTER to the LENDER as an advance payment. This amount shall be paid in addition to the rental amount for the premises. The sum insured is intended for cases when the RENTER does not comply with or violates the conditions of use of the premises. The sum insured shall be refunded within 3 working days of the expiry of the contract, provided the Tenant has not breached the rules and has not caused any material damage to the Tenant.

2. The Renter may unilaterally terminate the contract at any time by giving notice to the RENTER. If the Renter has paid for the rental of the rooms, 70% of the payment will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled one month prior to the booking date. If cancelled two weeks prior to the booking date, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the booking date will not be refunded. If the Renter has paid the rental fee and has not checked in, all 100% of the amount paid will not be refunded.
